BE COOL, s.r.o. is the organiser of the events presented on the website unless another organiser is stated for a particular event.
What the website is for
The website provides information about running and other sports events: dates, race regulations, courses, schedules, results, news and photos. Using the website is free of charge and does not require registration.
The binding conditions for taking part in an event are set out in that event's race regulations and registration terms. If information on the website differs from the race regulations, the current race regulations apply.
We update information continuously, but events may change (for example the course, start time or programme) for organisational, safety or weather reasons. Please check the latest instructions before the event.
Registration, results and e-shop
No contracts are concluded and no payments are made on the website. Event registration takes place in the Haku system (hakuapp.com), results are published by the timing provider (e.g. Sportsoft) and souvenirs are sold in the e-shop shop.becool.sk. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
Results lists usually include first name, surname, category, club, race bib number and finishing time. You can find details about personal data processing on the Privacy policy page.
Forms on the website
Subscribing to the newsletter sends your email address directly to the Haku system, which manages the subscriber list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Volunteer applications are stored on the website operator's servers. Please only enter true information in forms, and only your own details or those of a person you are authorised to act for.
Copyright
Texts, photos, videos, logos, graphics and other website content are protected by the Slovak Copyright Act (No. 185/2015 Coll.) and by trademark rights. They belong to BE COOL, s.r.o., the photographers or the event partners.
You may view, print or share the content by linking to the website for personal use. Any other use, in particular commercial use, copying to other websites or altering logos, requires the written consent of BE COOL, s.r.o. (info@becool.sk).
Links to other websites
The website contains links to third-party websites (registration, results, partners, social media, maps). Their operators are responsible for their content, availability and data processing.
Liability
We care about the accuracy and availability of the website, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of interruptions and errors. If you find a mistake, write to us at info@becool.sk and we will correct it.
You must not use the website in a way that could threaten its operation or security, for example by attempting unauthorised access to the editorial section or by flooding it with automated requests.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. We may update these terms; the version published on this page with the stated effective date applies.
